The warmth of the sun in Uzbekistan is complemented with the warmth and hospitality of the local people, which gives you the great feeling of comfort and coziness. The Uzbeks are famous for their hospitality but you can understand what a guest means for the Uzbeks only when you sit at a feast table prepared in your honor in an Uzbek home.

Brief itinerary:
Day 1: Arrival to Tashkent (no meal)
Day 2: Tashkent city tour, fly to Urgench-Khiva (B)
Day 3: Khiva-Bukhara (480 KM) (B)
Day 4: Bukhara (B)
Day 5: Bukhara-Shakhrisabz-Samarkand (365 KM) (B)
Day 6: Samarkand (B)
Day 7: Samarkand-Tashkent (300 KM) departure (B)

Tour details:

Day 1 Arrival to Tashkent (no meal)
Meet and assist and transfer to Hotel. Overnight in Tashkent for 1 night.

Day 2 Tashkent city tour, fly to Urgench-Khiva (B)
Breakfast at the hotel.
Morning: visit the Khast-Imam Complex (XVI-XXI century), Amir Temur Square, Independence Square, State Museum of History of Uzbekistan (1879).
Afternoon: fly to Urgench (1093 km,1 h. 40 min), then transfer to Khiva (30 km, 35min.). Enjoy an amazing Sunset walking tour in Khiva.
Overnight in Khiva for 1 night.

Day 3 Khiva-Bukhara (480 KM) (B)
Breakfast at the hotel.
Explore Khiva on foot, approx. 3-4 hours incl. tea break.
After lunch, drive to Bukhara (480 km, 6-7 h).
The Great Silk Road once routed through Bukhara and Khiva ran through the Kyzyl Kum Desert, as the present road does nowadays. Stop en-route to enjoy views of the desert and Amu Darya River. Overnight in Bukhara for 2 nights.

Day 4 Bukhara (B)
Breakfast at the hotel.
Discover Bukhara on foot.
After lunch, drive visit the Sitorai Mokhi-Khosa (XIX century mid) – summer residence of Bukhara’s last emir. The Bukhara architects having trained in Russia managed to combine oriental and western styles in their creation.

Day 5 Bukhara-Shakhrisabz-Samarkand (365 KM) (B)
Breakfast at the hotel.
In the morning drive to Samarkandvia Shakhrisabz (275 km, 4h). Stop in Shakhrsabz for city tour incl. the Ak-Saray Palace remains (1395-1396) and the Amir Temur’s Crypt (XIV century end). In the afternoon continue driving to Samarkand (90 km, 2h).
Overnight at the hotel in Samarkand for 2 nights.

Day 6 Samarkand (B)
Breakfast at the hotel.
Full day explore Samarkand incl. the Registan Square (XV-XVII centuries), Ulugbek Observatory (1428) and the Shakhi-Zinda Necropolis (XIV-XV centuries)

Day 7 Samarkand-Tashkent (300 KM) departure (B)
Breakfast at the hotel.
Drive to Tashkent airport (4-4,5 hrs drive), departure.
